VMC556
VMC556 is a drilling and tufting machine for large quantities. Equipped with a 5th axis for positioning and shifting for the tufting and drilling unit, the VMC556 allows brushes to be processed without reclamping.
Due to the flexible "EASY-KLICK" clamping system, the clamping stations can be exchanged without tools, so that the machine can be quickly changed over to other brush patterns. Due to the special EBSER design, frames for special brushes can also be mounted.
Brooms and brushes up to a length of 600mm can be produced in one operation. In two operations, brooms up to 1000mm can be produced. The maximum position is 45° in longitudinal and transverse axis.
Control with 5 servo axes and 12" touch screen.
