VMC352W is a drilling and tufting machine for the production of roller brushes. The shifting of the tufting and drilling units is carried out by a spindle axis with servo drive. This makes it possible to process the brushes without reclamping.
Optionally, this machine is also available with pneumatic shifting device.
Due to the flexible clamping system, roller brushes with a Ø of 60mm to 250mm can be produced. The maximum outer diameter of a roller brush is 800mm. With special frame attachments, strip brushes and disc brushes can also be manufactured.
Roller brushes / strip brushes can be manufactured up to a length of 2000mm (optionally longer) in one operation. Disc brushes up to Ø 600mm can also be manufactured. The maximum position for disc brushes is 35°.
Control with 3/4 servo axes and 12" touch screen.
