Continuous drilling and tufting in one operation, without reclamping.
The machine is equipped with 2 pneumatic clamping stations, 4/5 servo axes.
It has a tufting unit and two drilling units. A shifting device for tufting
and drilling unit allows the brushes to be processed without reclamping.
Optionally with shearing stations, so that roller brushes can be sheared off directly after tufting. By shearing off after stuffing, roller brushes with different fill heights can be produced.
Roller brushes / strip brushes up to 3000mm length or even longer can be produced in one operation.
Rollers up to Ø500mm, plate brushes up to Ø400mm.
Control with 2/4 servo axes and 12" touch screen.
