VMC342
VMC342 is a drilling and tufting machine for small to medium quantities.
Equipped with pneumatic shifting device for the tufting and drilling unit, allows the brushes to be machined without reclamping (optional servo axis available).
Due to the flexible "EASY- KLICK" clamping system, the clamping stations can be exchanged without tools, so that the machine can be quickly changed over to other brush patterns. Due to the special EBSER design, frames for special brushes can also be mounted.
Brooms up to a length of 600mm can be produced in one pass.
Brooms up to 1000mm can be produced in two passes. The maximum position is 45° in longitudinal and transverse axis.
Control with 4/5 servo axes and 12" touch screen.
