VMC342- 360 is a drilling and tufting machine for the production of disc brushes.
The tool stroke of this machine is 360mm. Brushes can be finished without reclamping. With a distance of 1050mm between the processing stations, disc brushes with a diameter of up to 900mm can be produced.
A bristle position of 0° - 45° can be achieved via the 4th axis. By simply exchanging the brush frame, other brushes can be produced, e.g. roller/ strip brushes.
Strip/roller brushes up to 1000mm length and up to 45° position are possible.
The simple clamping system for clamping the brush bodies enables an effective working with this machine.
Control with 4/5 servo axes and 12" touch screen.
