VMC332-400
The VMC332-400 is a drilling and tufting machine for manufacturing all types of technical brushes.
In addition to the proven machines with tool strokes of 160 mm, 260 mm, and 360 mm, machines with an impressive 400 mm tool stroke and an unfolded filament length of 840 mm are now available. These robust and compact machines are equipped with up to 5 servo axes, allowing you to enjoy maximum flexibility and efficiency in your production.
A particular highlight is the wide variety of interchangeable brush frames, enabling you to produce all types of brushes. Our newly developed technology even allows you to manufacture brushes with flat wire filaments. Furthermore, it is possible to process flat wire and plastic filaments in a single bundle – entirely according to your individual requirements.
The combination of materials is conveniently and intuitively controlled via our specially developed software. This allows you to make your production even more efficient and optimally adapt your products to your customers' needs.
