VMC242 is a drilling and tufting machine for small quantities. No continuous operation!
Between drilling and tufting, the brush body of this machine type must be replaced manually. Therefore this type is ideal for sample series or handicapped workshops.
Due to the flexible "EASY-KLICK" clamping system, the clamping stations can be exchanged without tools, so that the machine can be quickly changed over to other brush patterns. Due to the special EBSER design, frames for special brushes can also be mounted.
Brooms up to a length of 600mm can be produced in one operation. Brooms up to 1000mm can be produced in two passes. The maximum position is 45° in longitudinal and transverse axis.
Control with 4 servo axes and 12" touch screen.
