Equipped with 2 servo axes, the VMC22T has a drilling and tufting unit.
A transfer unit with 6 stations feeds the brush bodies for drilling and tufting, the insertion station is decoupled.
Continuous operation with shearing and fettling station.
Optionally also with automatic body feeding with embossing and labeling station (PEZ) applicable.
Control with 2 servo axes and 12" touch screen.
